'coz we are addicts!

di was requesting for a joyride..thing is, malapit na mga curfew with some of us..just ‘coz we’re all 18 doesn’t mean we don’t have curfews anymore..i was just lucky mum wasn’t home or else i had one too..so it was schoolbus mode for driver (jas..hihi!)di really wanted a joyride..ang kulit!we were supposed to drop vp home..red lights on so we were just steady..we were in front of mcdonald’s sucat..then it hit me!i wanted a mcfloat..i was craving for it on my way home from school..just got lazy to go back in ust to buy one..we all wanted a mcfloat!but then green light was on..so we had to move..since di waned for a joyride, why not give her a one??we went to mcdonald’s evacom..there was no space for us..we headed to mcdonald’s kabihasnan, it was also jam-packed..it was almost midnight and people were still out eating..as if we were the only ones who had the right to eat at mcdonald’s at that time eh..haha!=P we wouldn’t give up that easy..we went to mcdonald’s macapagal!yey!not full..but still there was a problem..wala na ice cream..so useless yung mcfloat..we wanted it badly..it was even embarrassing barging in and out of mcdos without buying anything..urgh!from macapagal we went to alabang!i think we should buy that mcdonald’s ‘coz super benta samin un..Ü and guess what??no more ice cream too!waaah!!!my dream mcfloat turned out to be a hot choclit!good thing, i like that too…we went to places just for mcfloat ‘coz we re addicts!=P ‘til then…Ü

dec. 9-di’s debut..we gave her a little surprise party..it was even a short-planned party..at least we had something..in friendship, quantity is not a big deal..what matters is the quality time you spend with them..naks!Ü it was so great that she appreciated our efforts very much..Ü so even though we were very few, we had a blast!!!we had videoke..hahaha!i got 94..what’s my song??celine dion man.my heart will go on..bangis di ba??that’s the reason why it rained..nyaha!=P nagkukulitan lang..asaran, kwentuhan, asaran ulit..eh pano love is in the air..haha!ehem!anyway, we left di’s place at around 11.30..please read the next blog for the continuation..’til then…Ü

another ambush!

i waited for qtie for the reason i haven’t bond with her and the rest of wowowee for two weeks already..my system’s used with them being a part of it..they make my life in ust worthwhile and fun…=) i suggested that we just commute rather than tita picking us up..eh susunduin daw talaga sya ‘coz they were going to have dinner out..extra jahe for me ‘coz epal ko which qtie contested..ok naman daw un..so yeah we had dinner in aristocrat..mind you, sinabayan ko appetite ni qtie..haha!busog to death kaming dalawa eh..’twas raining while we were having dinner…she asked for ate’s digits..textmates daw sila..next thing i know, she told me i’ll be sleeping over their place..everything’s settled..ok kay tita and mum..galey!!!this is the second time around..good thing i had pracice that day ,coz i ad a towel, and extra clothes with me..plus i also have a toothbrush..after my ambush with tuki, i brought a toothbrush with me in school so that if ever a scenario like that would happen again, i’m prepared…and it did happen again!haha!well, our bonding session was extended..haaay!ka-miss mga ganung moments..’til then…

missing my wowowee..

 

after my party, i wasn’t able to drop by the dorm and visit the wowowee..we didn’t cross paths in the campus either..*sniff, sniff* conflict mga skeds namin eh plus busy...ganun talaga pag USTedyante..sadsad sa studies..haha!as if!anyway, it was already two weeks that i missed seeing the trio..so last dec. 7, i grabbed the chance to see and bond with them once more..i really miss those times…so after my practice for p.e, i walked joicey to cfad and went back to wait for qtie..patience is not my virtue ever since.. i get impatient easily so what i did was watched the symphony practice..they were great!Ü after that, i decided to text ate iyah..her dismissal’s 3..apparently, she’s not yet in the dorm..kfc daw..so i walked to kfc…awww!i miss her..talagang sinadya ko kfc for her kahit katamad na maglakad..haaay!then i waited for qtie again…tagal!un pala, she was practicing in lovers’ with her friends for their p.e class..sayang!her SMS got a bit late, i could’ve followed kalbo without being that obvious..at last!i saw that charming dude after 8 days!talagang binilang..haha!after her practice, we went to the dorm and iyah was there already..yey!si janelle na lang eh nakita ko na ulit silang tatlo..nagkukulitan kami ‘coz i watched their video for me..ang kulit,scripted..haha!=P when janelle came in, i quickly hid myself under qtie’s bed and surprised her..nagulat nga!bigla na lang daw may something na sumulpot!haha!we were just chatting, kulitan..bonding in short...i miss my wowowee…kaya ayun...’til then..Ü

last nov. 26 and dec.3 i went to tatalon q.c. for our gk, a requirement for nstp..though i was deprived of sleep after my party last 25^th , i was game to do the job for a good cause..this time it was more challenging but at the same time fun..i know even if it wasn’t a requirement, i would be more than glad to do all those stuff all over again..Ü it’s something fulfilling..in my own little way, i was able to help a family build their house and more than that a home..Ü siguro sakin maliit na bagay yun pero sa kanila malaking tulong na yun..it was tiring but worth it..Ü we experienced being a carpenter..for real..well, 75% carpenter..hehe!ang saya!pinabayaan nila kaming gumawa dun and were just assisting us..it was a great opportunity for us to do all those things that we don’t do..i have a better appreciation of my smooth walls now!haha!=p ang hirap pala magpalitada..extra challenge eh..i also realized how blessed i am..i don’t need to do those things at an early age..a boy knew all the carpentry and was good at it and he was just 13!narealize ko dapat di ko brat sa mga bagay..when i was 13, i already attended a slumber party..puro sarap sa buhay lang while he has to help build their house..that’s why now, i am careful with how i spend my money and just be contented with what i have..i’m still on the process of being thrifty..haha!ok lang even if it ate my two sundays of rest..like i said, it was for a good cause..ÜÜÜ since it was our last gk last dec. 3, we prepared goodies for them as thanksgiving..pampered kaya kami dun..may electric fan na, may tv pa!san ka pa di ba??hehe!the feeling of fulfillment could not be measured..i’m looking forward to visit them even if our gk there is over..i suggest you get involve it that kind of stuff..kung may matutulong bakit hindi di ba??

we were given another opportunity to watch a game..this time, im pretty sure they’re gonna play..venue was in olivarez so that was in favor of me compared to joicey but she was game to go all the way the pque just to watch..so we did!=) we were on our way inside, when the security said that slippers weren’t allowed..whatta?!i thought he was kidding!apparently he wasn’t..we had the option to dash off my place and change to rubber shoes or change into our leather shoes!we opted for the latter kahit super jologs ng datig..as soon as we got in, we changed into our flippies..grabe!rubber slippers not allowed!!!free admission un..so most likely ang manonood masa..tapos bawal rubber slippers??ayos ah!how come the others got in, wearing rubber slippers and we can’t??what’s up with that??our slippers weren’t cheap either..i hate it to be mean or what pero ano ba??willing pa nga kami gumastos before for tickets..we didn’t know it was for free..’di rin naman kami gusgusin…i would understand if that was the case..surely they don’t want that..pati tuloy ko nandidiscriminate na..kasi naman wala sa ayos!we went there to watch a game..we were presentable and all..di naman kami ung tipo na gagawa ng masama dun..aynaku!dapat hindi ganun..’til then…

nov. 25, sat was my birthday celebration…i wasn’t able to do it during the 18^th ‘coz mum wasn’t here..ok na rin un ‘coz it was joicey’s celebration naman..anyway, we went on a rollercoaster ride before that party..my sib and i quarreled couple of times ‘coz of that..brat kasi ko..nyay!it even reached the point that it was cancelled..referee na si mum eh..so ung celebration week, grabe pagod doing things..i know my stress was nothing compared to theirs..thanks, thanks, thanks for being game and most especially patient with me..i started to get impatient ‘coz my guests were late..eh my friends nish and joicey arrived on time and they came from manila pa!anyway, as soon as people were pouring in, my impatience evaporated right away…=) i was surprised that night..my pap sang to me my fave song..i wanted someone to sing me that during my party and he did!Ü ka-touch mga friends with what they said and what they did..’course family’s ever supportive and touching..i soo0 love the avp and the video guys!ÜÜÜ plus the equally lovely avp from ate kaz and kuya gerald..awww…sweet!=) saying lang talaga di nakapunta inang important people..=( after my party, they kidnapped me..haha!we jut wasted gas around bf and went back to my palce to eat and chat..my party was the coolest ever..haha!siyempre patronize your own..Ü I hope you guys enjoyed..’til then…Ü

nov.26, was my nstp..GK in tatalon qc..even though i was really sleepy from my party, i woke up and prepared for that..9-5 un!whew!we started to help in making the house of mang jose..we did the men’s work..sala ng buhangin, halo ng semento, lagay ng blocks for the wall and all..basta what we did was tiring..but it was nothing knowing that somehow i got to help others in my own little way..i realized how lucky i am..that i shouldn’t be a brat..kahit i don’t get everything i want in life, i know that i am blessed..’til then…Ü

since first sem this year, my fondness for bball escalated to the next level..ust team in particular..kaw ng magchampion di ba??haha!=P collegiate bball is purely for pride..nakakamiss ang atmosphere at drumbeat..so when the opportunity was given, i grabbed it right away..kami ni joicey ang ultimate addicts when it comes to ust games..kahit ata sa mindanao pa game pupuntahan namin..kidding!the sched was good, our dismissal was early, so we decided to watch the game..thing is, it’s in ultra..place we’ve never been and i know it’s far compared to dome..but what the heck?!we trooped to ultra..medyo ubusan pera challenge pa nga kami..malay ba naming dadaan din ung fx sa ultra..anyway, we were hungry and food wasn’t allowed inside..so we finished the game first before we ate our take-out..as soon as we entered the court, we were darn stunned!!!we went for nothing…nothing!!!how come it didn’t occur to me when i saw him in uniform before we left uste??if you’re having a hard time understanding what i’m saying try to think more..you’ll get it too..haha!but still it’s ust, so school pride ‘to!=) misadventures talaga kami ni joicey!=P i thought we’re lost pa!pero lagi naman ko cool so lakad-lakad lang..then i saw a bus..we crossed the street ‘coz i’m pretty sure it’s going to quiapo..before we even finished crossing the street, i saw another bus!UST bus!i soo0 wanted to hop in there..aba!effort ang dumayo sa pasig for that ah..haha!tapos wala…it was fine ‘coz we won against up..nakabawi rin for uaap season..haha!’til then…Ü

nov. 22, we went to the mall to buy my outfit for my party..i saw my tuki pa..Ü lately. every time i go to the mall, i shoot hoops in the arcade..pratice ng shooting or therapy..stress-relieving..so after we got my outfit, i went for the hoops..mum and ate were standing nearby talking and watching at me..my first game i had 78 pts!my highest so far..i played one more time..this time i had a whopping 100 pts!!!Ü achievement un sobra!i average 60 pts lang eh..haha!i got the shots baby!=) ok na date un with kalbo..haha!how i wish..’til then…Ü

coming of age...

last nov.17, was the day i dreaded and waited for…one thing, i dreaded that ‘coz i’m a year older again..i sort of hate getting old..gives me more responsibilities in life…that i don’t like..haha!=P i waited long for that ‘coz finally i get to do things with out so much restrictions..you know what i mean…’course i know my limitations..legal na ‘to man!!!Ü i started my day great…ÜÜÜ i got a call from a friend greeting me and tons of sms from my dear fellas..that was past 12 am..i couldn’t sleep ‘coz i wanted to thank them right away..when i woke up after a few hours, sms were still flooding in…thanks, thanks, thanks guys..ÜÜÜ friends gave me this cute mickey mouse alarm clock..it was supposedly a surprise but a blockmate blew it off when he raised it in the air asking who owns it..i just pretended i didn’t know that..haha!we only had one subj. that day..whew!sayang effort pumasok..our counselor was discussing something when joicey asked me to go outside ‘coz someone’s waiting..to my surprise, it was my qtie carrying a box of cake (black forest, my fave!Ü) with candles, and a big card..i was soo0 touched ‘coz she run from her bldg. to my bldg. to do that..awww!sweet..ung card super touching plus there were greetings from her friends and from her blockmate na trip ko..haha!=P my whole block greeted me…even our counselor and practicumer greeted me..jahe!!!yoko talaga nalalaman ng mga tao na birthday ko every year..yoko lang..haha!joicey gave me this astig smiley case with frames inside..lovely nung pics..that kalbo charming dude and a pic of me..ang mushy ng dating!!!nyaha!super saya talaga…ÜÜÜ as if those things weren’t enough, i almost had a heart attack when i saw a missed call from someone i never expected would ever call me…kalbo charming dude himself!!!waaah!i sort of felt someone would surprise me with that..naj or the wowowee..they had the same idea nga…superduper sweet nila..darn!why didn’t i use my vibrate tone that time??i didn’t know he was calling tuloy..then he sent me a msg..i was feeling jahe so i called him up and apologized for missing his call and thanked a gazillion times for doing such thing..ÜÜÜ i know his sched is hectic but he took the time..haaay!we even saw him with the rest of his “pack” in front of the Church..i saw junie and he made a comment with me being a kitikitxt..joicey shouted that it was my natal when he was already far…guess who just passed by that time??hell yeah, kalbo!!!he looked our way wondering if i was the same person he talked to that morning..aaaack!good thing, he didn’t approach us and asked if i was lexi or i’ll die right there and then..haha!we even hang-out after our daily routine..anf dami ko dala…so i asked karlito to drop by..alalay!haha!kidding..hmph!he didn’t even greet me..i know what he’s gonna do anyway..i accompanied him to sm to look for something..i know it was for me..super tired so i said i’ll walk as long as i get to shoot some hoops after..haha!i beat him..galey!if only i could date kalbo, we’ll shoot hoops…ma-improve naman siya!i gotta talk to brotha too..awww!talagang tumawag siya kasi lam nya magtatampo ko..i can’t express how i felt that day…it’s just beyond words..i hope a gazillion thanks suffice for now..i’ll never ever forget it..haaay!i thought brad forgot my natal too..pa-excite lang daw..haha!sweet!i told you i knew what he’s gonna do..karlito greeted me before 17th finally ended..nice of him..overwhelming talaga events that day…superdupercalifragilisticexpialidocious thanks to all of you…i can’t name you all, lam nyo naman ang dami eh..from the bottom of my heart, my deepest gratitude..wow!celeb ang dating eh no??sige na..’til then…ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ p.s 17 smileys for my fabulous day…=)

busy like a worker bee…

badtrip un ah!!!

i went home with my good ol’ buddy karlito..i was suppose to meet naj in starbucks but something came up with her..dinner-out daw sila..anyway, bumaba si karlito sa southland..change of plan ‘coz cancelled meet-up namin ni naj right??so bumaba ko sa may amin na..i placed my fone and wallet in my bag’s front pocket..i don’t usually do that..i put my fone in my pocket but that time i was wearing bermuda shorts..eh back pockets lang meron un so i just put it inside my bag’s front pocket..ung wallet naman usually i put it inside my bag, somewhere i could feel it..that time i put it there ‘coz i was holding it and i was confident ‘coz short distance lang naman lalakarin ko so pwede ko lagay dun..how very wrong to do such thing!as i was walking towards our subdivision’s gate, a lady was bumping me..i wondered why ‘coz it wasn’t crowded..so i looked behind..konti na lang nasa loob na talaga ko ng subdivision namin, when she bumped me again..my first instinct was check my bag’s front pocket..BOOM!!!it was opened..i am 200% sure that when i crossed the street it was closed or else i could’ve noticed it open..i panicked!my valuables were there..i can’t feel my wallet..i swiftly searched my things and saw my fone..where is my wallet?!i swung around..i saw it on the ground..i checked if everything was still there..thank heavens it was still complete..i waited for the trike while i still looked for my things if everything i owned was there..i stared at the lady who bumped into me who was sitting in the terminal..i am not being judgmental or what but you can tell..she glanced at me and looked somewhere else..deadma lang siya!funny thing was the moment she was getting my wallet, i was just across the guard house..what the hell?!and badtrip talaga nun!had i been unfortunate, i could’ve lost some money there (gift pa naman sakin un!) and a lot of sentimental and important stuff..had she been “lucky” she could’ve earned easy money but face a karma..wala naman nakuha but i am pretty sure she’ll still have her karma ‘coz the mere thought of doing such act is sooo wrong..she didn’t get want she wanted so negative vibe just bounced off me..’til then…

short message sending or SMS..in layman’s term texting..i am known by my family and friends to be a kitikitext..any time of the day, any place, any circumstance it may be, expect that texting is a part of it..i don’t know what’s with it but i really enjoy it..even if more often than not, people just text when i text them..it’s sad at times that people remember to text me pag my kailangan (ang guilty hala!kidding!)..oh well…anyway, for me it’s my way of connecting to the people that matters to me most..ÜÜÜ i like it ‘coz even though we’re all far away from each other, i feel like they’re  just near me..oh the powers of technology!=) what i had to do was to be out of the texting world for a week!another tedious challenge for me in my 17 things to do list..=S i started it last nov. 6 until nov. 12..whew!grabe!wala nga nagtetext sakin that time..wala pa sigurong ten..i thought i was going ballistic!nakakabingi ‘di marinig telepono ko tumunog..haaay!to my fellas who texted me despite of knowing that i can’t reply, super thanks a lot for saving me  from insanity..haha!=P qtie, you were consistent..thanks!=) it was just yesterday that i got to load again after a week..grabe text galore!!!sarap ng feeling sa thumb ng keypads..=P ‘til then…

bloody hell!

i’m running out of time so i’m hurrying with my 17 things to do..while we were hangin’-out during mg’s party, i asked tuki for her needle and cotton with alcohol..i had to prick lj’s finger, let it bleed and clean it up..in short, nurse ang drama ko!i’m scared of blood so my fellas suggested that i have to do something that deals with it..haaay!=S i really wanted to faint..the mere thought that i had to prick lj was disastrous..that was another thing, i hate needles!i really do..so as much as possible, i don’t want others to feel the pain that needles bring..ganun ko ka-ayaw ang needle!exaggerated ang sakit..haha!he said he’s used to it since, he experienced a lot of needle-pricking when he had dengue..grabe talaga!i didn’t even look when i pricked him..mali daw tusok ko ‘coz tabingi then bigla tinayo..malay ko naman!=S when i finally pricked his finger, blood oozed..waaaaaaah!=X nanghina na ko eh!i still had to wipe the blood off and put some pressure to it to stop the bleeding..whew!=S that was bloody hell!!!’til then…

mg’s surprise party!

i went home alone from my niece’s celebration, so i could make it to my mg’s surprise party..actually, i left late ‘coz i got sluggish to leave ‘coz i was having fun there but i committed to her party too..after all, it was once in a lifetime that my mg turns 18..as if fate was playing tricks on me, there was a minor trouble with the fx terminal and so passengers were competing with one another to get in the fx whenever there was a ride..good thing i saw my cousin there who was waiting for awhile na rin so nakisabay na ko sa bandang harap..then there’s the horrendous traffic!i was getting frustrated already ‘coz i’m going to be late and i wasn’t able to help them set-up the venue..anyway, i still had to buy her a gift and ate saleslady had to repeat the trinket ‘coz the string was short for the necklace!hmph!finally, i got home, dropped my things, washed my face, changed clothes and vanity fair (under time pressure!) and dashed off to tuki’s place..i was a bit late..it was fun!!!Ü bonding moments again with my fellas including kyriel, allen and karlito..wag na tampo guys kung ‘di kayo nabanggit dahil lagi naman tayo magkakasama ‘pag may time so when i say fellas kayo na un..kilala naman natin sinu-sino tayo eh..the ones mentioned kasi once in a blue moon na lang makita eh..there’s the usual asaran, kamustahan, college and sensible talks and everything under the sun (err, moon haha!) we hang-out even after the party..dun lang kami kulitan and laugh trip..ang kulit na talaga ng usapan so we decided to call it a day..haha!=P it was already 1:30am..they still wanted to go somewhere else, grab a quick meal..siyempre VIP ko, hinatid muna ako bago sila kumain..papatayin na ko nila mum plus masesermonan na nila ko ‘coz i still have nstp orientation that morning..cheers mg!lola ka na..haha!’til then..

nov. 11, sat was my niece’s natal..after a long time, we all got together just like the old times..super tagal na naming lahat di nagkikita!!!as always, whenever we get together, expect chaos (in a good way Ü) and a whole lot of laughter..ÜÜÜ mga kalokohan, pangarap, asaran, punchlines, lahat na..it was really quality time with the whole family after a long while..’di bale sa birthday ko ulit..=) ‘til then…

my kuya took his board exams last nov. 4 and 5..after a few months of review, he passed!!!ÜÜÜ i remember my ate and i reposted his visuals in our room to show support..haha!natanggal kasi dati nung nilagay nya..i was cleaning our room and i saw his visuals folded so we posted it again..ilang linggo rin ang makikita mo sa kwarto eh formulas in engineering..nakakabaliw!=P the results were even a day late from the expected release..it was around 12:45 am, nov. 09 when he woke up pap to announce that he passed..talagang nag-iingay siyang “engineer na ko, engineer na ko!!” as if everyone was still awake..grabe tuwa nya..he even woke up 5am to grab a copy of the newspaper where his name is in the list of boardpassers..sa super aga, wala pang newspaper ung store!sabik makita name nya..haha!=P we waited so long for this..the seven (kailangan talaga sabihin) years he spent was nullified for that..natagalan man matapos eh natapos nya and he took the board once and passed it!cheers for the new engineer, my kuya bing!Ü ‘til then…

lasting a month of no cameras…

nov. 06,12pm, mon, was my much-awaited day..‘twas a tedious challenge for me not to have pictures taken for a whole month..if you still don’t know, i love taking pictures…of myself!haha!=P it was really, really hard..during my first week, my friend had her digicam with her the whole week!talk about major torture..since i can’t take pictures of myself, i became the photographer..it was sad to be holding it and i had to control myself not to face the cam on me..whew!good thing, my remaining weeks were more bearable..it was sembreak after all..what was hurting (talagang un ung word!) was everytime my fellas and i had a get together, i am ALWAYS surrounded by camfones!!!ang hirap talaga pigilan sarili ko magpicture..super sacrifice..=S i was just looking at my other pics in their fones..they would have this pic session and i’m just there looking at them or taking pics of them..haaay!i even had “punishment” for one pic (see a previous blog)!!!it’s not as if i really didn’t have pictures taken during that one whole month..i had a few but those weren’t solo or for vanity sake..ni hindi ko nga kapit ung camfone eh!i had to consult my counsel on what to do everytime i “violated”..thanks for being lenient at times guys..=) i am soo0 glad that it’s finally over..Ü but apparently, i didn’t abuse the cam when my challenge ended..it was a day after my challenge that i took pics again..may hang-over pa ata ko nun sa no cam..haha!now i’m back to “camwhoring”..actually, i think i kind of lessened it..di tulad dati, solid pic dito, pic dyan..haha!now i even take pictures of whatever that looks good aside from myself..haha!=P i’m proud to say i lasted a month of no cameras..hurray!=P ‘til then..

nov. 03, fri...after postponing a gimmick for two times, we finally managed to go out one last hurrah before 2^nd sem starts..i decided to wear a summer-inspired tee, shorts and flippies since it was sunny after a while of gloomy weather and we were just going to aguirre park (one of our fave tambayans back in high)..i asked naj to bring her volley so we could play while planning things..we weren’t able to play ‘coz i got busy in front of the mirror and the others were busy picturing..haaaay!as always these past four weeks, i was the photographer!lj played for a bit..while waiting for mg, naj and tuki were hinting for atc gimmick!!!i was thinking we were just going to chill in starbucks or somewhere near..of course vp and i were sort of protesting..for crying out loud!we were like in pambahay clothes..parang wala lang and atc’s like ultimate gimmick place..pati si qtie nagwild..atleast she was wearing clothes that’ll pass for atc gimmick..iba ang force ng friends!!!kahit anong protesta gawin mo eh ang hirap manalo..ayun, punta bigla ng atc..darn!last time i was there with them was over the summer and baru was still here..haaay!=S guess what??shortly after we got in, it rained!grrrr!!!i even had  a flower tucked in my ear..i just threw it off..nasira ang summer look ko..hmph!every time we’re out in the mall, it’s impossible for us not to eat..so first stop was burger king..para maiba naman..lagi na lang jabi or mcdo eh..vp said she’ll have merienda and she ordered what??i think it was for dinner!!!haha!=P after our foodtrip, we headed off to picture city for our studio pic..how highschool!darn i miss having that..puro camfones na lang mga pic namin eh..to kill time, we played in timezone..feeling bata kami eh..nakakamiss kaya yun..tuki and i went to cd-r king then went to all flip-flops..ang cute ng mga flippies!!!Ü sakit lang if you buy the real thing and there are lots of imitations that look like the original..haaay!we had to go back ‘coz they might be looking for us..hala!punching bag ang trip ng chicas!basically, we just played there like racing, tekken, shoot some hoops…i told you lj, i should take “turnover boy” to a hoop-shooting date for him to improve his shooting..haha!=P i wish!we even had a remembrance for that timezone trip..all of us got a mini stapler..we went to pick up the pics..whoa!putol kami ni vp sa isang pic..whatta?!init na mga ulo eh..we demanded for another shot and for the printing to be faster..digital naman eh!badvibes lang ‘coz vp already left so kulang na kami..=( si kuya photographer kasi ang angas pa eh!maiinit na mga ulo namin, so we went to Mcdo for sundae..’course i didn’t have sundae..ano pa ba??eh di Mcfloat care of lj!ÜÜÜ sponsor ko yun sa Mcfloat eh..haha!=P thanks lil john..walang katapusang kwentuhan and pictures!haaay!and it rained again..we only had my umbrella and you know my umbrella’s just for me..tambay muna kami dun habang nagpapatila then went back for the pics again..tuki was looking for a band while naj and i checked out nothing but water..there was this stall of banana peel ( much, much affordable than havaianas and yet comfy and cute too), we were looking at ‘coz they were all cute..bigla si tuki said i choose one daw, she’ll get me that!hala!!!nahawa  kay tita sa pagiging kakaiba..haha!=) thanks for that tuki..then finally, it was time to head home..buzzer beater ko for my first fri

.basically we did everything we’ve been missing since we got in college…we went to aguirre park, went to atc ( our ultimate gimmickan), played in timezone (saya bumalik sa pagkabata no!), had a studio pic and most of all quality time with dear ol’ fellas…darn!i f*ckin’ miss those times…wish we were all there..’til our next gimmick like that..Ü ‘til then…

qtie asked me last weekend if i had somewhere to go on mon. and tues..i said i was off to uste..she asked if i wanted to go to the dorm and spend the night there with her for enrollment the next day..at first i was jahe but finally i said i’ll go with her..i was really touched with what she said..ÜÜÜ thanks for remembering me to go with you..it was like adventures of qtie and gee!Ü we were talking as if we own the fx..=P dorm sweet dorm!haha!i missed going there..i wish iyah, janelle, baru and bea were there..just like the old days..the wowowee are really nice..Ü lagi kami welcome dun..thanks, thanks, thanks..=) tagal ko na di nakikita si bea and baru’s in states..haaay!anyway, qtie wanted to argue with the guard..bestfriend pala ng wowowee un eh..we had dinner from wendy’s..grabe foodtrip namin..we were so kulit!ang ingay, tawanan, lahat na..aynaku!she beat me in pusoy..i shall have my revenge next time..=P we watched tv, ate, talked to a friend for like an hour, ate, chatted before we fell asleep..can you imagine how full we were??there was no moment that we got hungry!=P we slept at round

!whew!sakit sa ulo eh..had breakfast, took a bath, dressed up, vanity fair then off to uste..of course enrollment was a killer!finally, natapos rin..we got back in the dorm, had a snack..we watched tv for a bit before we set home..parang ayaw pa nga umuwi ni qtie eh..natatamad kumilos..i said wawa naman si tita, kasama si kyle lang..so un.umuwi na kami..when we got there, kain na naman!mind you, sopas and pizza!Ü ung trip namin ng wowowee, big apple!yummy!finally, was able to watch her debut video and saw her album after a decade!haha!=P galey!napasabak pa ko sa magic sing..don’t ask me how was it..i’ll just say i sang get busy by sean paul and my score was my fave number!my fave song ko and my fave number??why not?!don’t force singing with me..hehe!that was a fun experience for me though..Ü whole afternoon tambay lang dun..bond lang..hey qtie!i had lots of fun..as in!superdupercalifragilisticexpialidocious thanks again..ÜÜÜ bawi ako sayo next time…’til then…Ü

after a long time…

though it rained from time to time last oct. 25, my great buddies and i met up after a long time..and i mean a long time..i haven’t seen my biggy for over a year and karlito for i think three months..that’s how busy college can get..haha!from different schools pa kami and our scheds don’t match that’s why seeing each other is so hard!=S late na nga kami nag-meet pano gumawa ng ibang gimmick ung isa!he thought we weren’t meeting up anymore ‘coz it rained..as if there’s no umbrella!nyaha!=P anyway, it was almost 6pm when we meet up..antakaw pa nila!bbq fest..i got what i wanted...i just wanted to see my good ol’ buddies and give them a warm hug each..it was a bit late and i said i’m going home..as if they would let me go that easy!i was punching biggy’s tummy, wala ko maganun in college eh..=( i didn’t change daw mahilig pa rin manuntok and they (biggy and karlito) both looked at each other and suddenly attacked my neatly-tied hair!argh!wala rin daw sila magulo ng hair in college!haaay!somehow i miss them messing up my hair..bodyguards ko sila that time..haha!Ü i really wanted to go home…i’ll be dead with my mum again..they said take a pic then i can go..asa!as if i don’t know them..so i just gave in and instant sinangag express pa..they haven’t interrogated me yet daw kaya kailangan sumama..ay talaga!we even hang-out there a bit and after that joked that we’ll walk karlito home..it was way past my time, so abuse na..mapapagalitan na rin naman eh sagarin na..ahaha!nanggulo pa kami sa house nila before finally setting off.. i got home round 8.30pm..guess what??i was getting ready for my sermon but it didn’t come..woohoo!got lucky there..haaaay!i miss them sooooo much!’til then…Ü p.s. extra lucky ‘coz my council didn’t punish me for picture-taking.. thanks a lot guys!Ü

reminiscence of a basketball enthusiast…

in a country where basketball is big, i came to watch the sport when i was just six..that was the pba..my brother was a big fan of the sport ( he plays it too but not much) too..gaya-gaya ko sa kanya so i would support whatever team he’s rooting for..that was the crowd-favorite, ginebra..Ü then there’s the uaap, the celebrated collegiate league..i started watching it when i was in 4th grade for the same reason i had with pba…’coz of my kuya..i wasn’t an avid fan that time..i just watched it just for the heck of it..all i knew were the stand-outs.. from then on, i started to watch it..all (players) they want is to play to give pride to their respected schools..it was on my 2nd yr in highschool that i really followed every game in uaap..that was season 65..my kuya was studying at that time in one of the schools that participated in uaap (initially in ust then to feu) so somehow i got contaminated with his uaap-watching..i was rooting for dlsu (they were unbeaten) that time and i said whoever defeats that team would be my team..Ü surprise surprise!archrival admu defeated them ruining their eliminations sweep..they even managed to get the crown ending dlsu’s five-peat..that was the start of my passion for uaap..ÜÜÜ since then, i hardly miss any game and supported admu..they lost in the finals to feu in season 66.. my dlsu-lover friends would tease me about admu..we would then laugh at the teams at the bottom..one of which was ust.. that’s the team i would be daredevil enough to name (babawi naman ko maya)..you probably know the other teams..in season 67, admu got short in making it to the finals and settled for 3rd place.. i hoped that when the time comes that i enter college, ust would improve its performance..i was an incoming freshie back then.. same thing happened in season 68..admu just made it to the final four together with the other three teams that were consistent and those other teams were trapped at the bottom, ust included..i still supported admu though i also supported my school, ust..Ü which team i rooted when it was admu-ust match??it was tough..admu’s my dream school as in!on the other hand, ust’s my school that has given me a lot in a short span of time..when we (ust) lost in the 1st round to admu, i couldn’t feel too happy about their (admu) win ‘coz i know my school lost at their expense..that made me realize that i love ust more admu..ust finished terribly while admu was still in the final four..i often tell my friends pag asaran time about our schools na collective effort na lang sa championship..ust is known for having half of the general championships in uaap..lupit diba??ÜÜÜ plus there’s the gawi to be really proud of..season 69, sports analysts never included ust to be a contender for the crown..on the other hand, thomasians prayed and hoped for a good performance from the team..with a new coach, coach pido jarencio and a couple of rookies to watch for, the team was ready for battle..it may seem uber late but i want to recount UST’s season 69 in uaap..i was in dome for the opening ceremony last july 08..ending with 2-5 win-loss card in the first round, it was impossible for the tigers to bring back the glory it once had during the ‘90s..but the tigers proved themselves and avenged in the 2nd round..they even gave admu its first loss..there was only one team that swept ust and those two games were even close fights..swerte lang talaga sila at malas kami..haha!bumawi naman kami sa cheerdance..i watched a couple of games live together with my good friend joicey..Ü there was a time tinakbo namin harrison just to make it to the halftime and see YJ perform..ayun!di umabot…whenever i can’t watch it live, i make it a point that i get to watch it on tv..sinundan ko talaga ust this season..they ended the eliminations with 6-6 tied with adu..they had a play-off game for the placing in final four..i hurried home from org. duty just to watch that..talagang kinulit ko si tuki para makinood sa house nila ‘coz we were doing naj’s avp that time..woohoo!we got the 3rd spot..i personally believe that we can handle ue more than admu..ue had the twice-to-beat advantage..but all great things must come to and end..ust defied that advantage..ÜÜÜ they beat ue twice and was on their way to the finals to face admu who defeated adu for finals..nakakakaba ung rubber match between ue and ust..it was a close fight during crunch time and it was just sooooo great ust prevailed..we won by a point!my two favorite teams up against each other..game one was on!i was there live with my good fellas..thomasians were already jubilating after an evangelista shot with a second remaining..BOOM!kramer made a basket and went in..=S admu got game one..after the game, coach was interviewed..he simply said “eh di bumalik sa huwebes”..my friend, junie, even commented that the team had to go through a ot to get to the fianls..sobra!due to milenyo, game two was moved on a saturday..you can tell students, alumni, faculty of each school were all out in supporting their teams..ust made sure that there will be a game 3 and sealed the win with 16 points up..i was there again with a bunch of friends of course..Ü line for the tickets in dome was terrible and we ended up getting gen ad sits!but it was all good..atleast we were gonna see it live..the game was really intense and even extended to overtime..whew!everyone was just praying, hoping their school will get the title..the buzzer sounded..ust 76, admu 74..wooooohooooo!i finally experienced a championship title!!!ÜÜÜÜÜ it was a bit sad it had to be in the expense of admu but oh well...it was much, much sweeter because no one expected it..oh yeah..i was wrong with ust..they handled admu very well..ÜÜÜ I remember what ababou said, “naniniwala na ‘ko sa impossible is nothing” aba!adidas yun ah..my fave brand.. but it’s sooo true, impossible is nothing..’til the…Ü p.s i remember that dude from another school said when ust swept them, “di bale ateneo naman next game nila” haha!we gave admu their first loss!=P

instant ampon…

oct 13, fri was my last day of exams..a good way to end the sem was to go out and gimmick..right after exams, we were bound to do that but decided to just move it some other time..instead, we did our daily thing ( not gym tambay..other than that Ü) and headed to the gym..well, they weren’t there..i took pics of my friends..*sigh*we waited for the rain to stop before going out and grab some ice monster..kakaiba talaga trip namin..umuulan then malamig kakainin..haha!ice monster was jampacked..we just decided to have Mcfloat!=) instant tipid and yummy..under three Mcfloats, caramel sundae and large fries, we bonded..Ü we just hang-out there, took some pics again..then off we went..as if the “photo-op” in Mcdonald’s wasn’t enough, the gals continued it in front of the main bldg. with me as the photographer..i might make it my career..haha!kidding..ang kulit ng mga pics nila..finally we decided to hit it home by 5pm..there goes the rush hour..i got super late with my sister..she just wanted to strangle me..haha!sorry for waiting man..anyway, after ruins, i was pedroche-bound..grabe foodtrip ko nun..gues what we had??Mcdonald’s..haha!Mcfloat monster na naman ko..=P naj treated us for the hosting stint we did for her debut..just kulitan and the endless pic-taking (camwhoring na un eh!) while i just watch them..tuki offered me to hitch with her when tita picks her up..grabe!i was about to open the door to hop out when tita reversed and headed home..dun na daw ko matulog..we thought she was kidding!apparently, she wasn’t..i was in shock!it was out of plan..well, it wasn’t that late..9.30 pa lang nun so i just said i’ll go home since my place is just nearby..tita won’t budge in..=S so there, i was instant ampon in the ocampo household..not that i’m not used to it (last sept lang benta ko dun eh!), jahe lang talaga plus the fact it was out of plan..tuki and i were still amazed and shocked with tita..lakas tama eh..since we were official bakasyonistas we were up ‘til 1 am..tuki was kind to give me a toothbrush and a towel for my stay there..=) we just waited for phil. dream academy..haaay!that guy…ÜÜÜ then we watched a dvd before decided to hit it off in dreamland..woke up early, 6am man..sakit sa ulo..tawa lang kami ng tawa sa mga things..finally it was time to go home..tito was even joking i go with them to

i have this list i must do before i turn 18..i’m not really obliged to do all but it would be better if i did it all..it’s 17 things since it’s my favorite number..actually i still don’t have the 17 things to do so please help me out..i’m open to your suggestions..anyway, t’was july 03,mon, when a couple of my friends and i met up in  starbucks bf..i told them about my must-do list and asked for suggestions..i wanted it to be something different from me..wongki then came up with a brilliant (should i say tedious??) idea..why not abstain from taking pictures for a month??naj and lj immediately agree..BOOM!!!that’s so different from me!the deal was a month from my natal i won’t take any pictures of me...solo or with people..whew!it was really tough..imagine, for a whole week, joicey had her digicam with her!it was really a torture taking pics of other people..not that i don’t do it but i’m more used to taking pics of myself..mapang-inggit sila ni she..i can fight the temptation but man was it really hard..=X oct 13, fri, naj treated tuki and i..it started with a joke that we (tuki and i) get TF from our hosting stint during her debut..eh she took it seriously..haha!=P i couldn’t have pics taken right??i was the photographer (again!) and naj just took a pic of my fone in substitute for me..haaaay!oct 19, thurs, was another torture day for me..we had a tambay session in tuki’s pad..ultimate tambayan!Ü qtie, naj, vp, tuki, wongki, lj and i were there..so basically i was surrounded by camfones..whew!what a test!!!i usually grab their fones and just snap away..that day was very different.. i had their fones and took pics of them...hirap di ba??the chicas were so kind (i’ll shed a tear!) to ask my council (naj, wongki and lj) if i could have just one pic since we rarely have tambay sessions due to school..man were they mean!well, shout out to lj!naj proposed that i deduct a day from my count in exchange for that one pic..i wanted to cry..isang pic kapalit isang araw?!waaaaah!lj was even worse..he wanted two days..grabe!wongki was for no deduction at all but i said there were only two options so he had to choose from there..being tuki’s guy and my close friend he voted for the day off my count..haha!atleast it was just a day..for that one pic sobrang sinulit ko ung smile ko..haaaay!i’m still on the process of finishing my challenge..each day becomes tougher..i just wish it’s all over ‘coz im missing the cam..haha!=P blame it to vanity!alright, alright i admit i’m vain but this will be the first and last time i’m going to say i’m vain..=P ‘til then…

celebrations left and right…

october 02, was very memorable for thomasians like me..it ended our 10-yr drought..i watched it live..Ü what the heck gen ad!all-out na un for the school..those who weren’t lucky enough to get tickets for the big game settled in the gym and watched it in the big screen..such, sweet victory..it was sad it had to be in the expense of the eagles..you know how much i love the blue and white..=S BUT i love my school too..Ü both are dear to me but if i had to choose…you know what im gonna choose..hmmm…you don’t??for the record it’s UST..Ü oh well,back to what i was saying..right after game 3, thomasians followed the newly hailed champions back to their haven, i myself included..their was a victory Mass which we ( nish, joicey and i) missed..thanks to the sudden downpour that caused the flood that took us long!anway, after the Mass, the boys and the whole coaching staff trooped to the gym..everyone was behind them..there was a speech from the coach that made it all possible, coach pido ( he looks like someone huh??)..then he introduced the coaching staff that was a big factor in helping the boys hone their talents etc..of course, the hard-working boys…the growling tigers!Ü everyone was in high spirit..the crowd couldn’t forget the free-throw shooting of japs..coach even requested the YJ to play “two for ust” instead of “one for ust” chant so that japs would shoot the two free-throws daw..haha!=P let’s not forget the tigresses that also ended their 10-yr  drought.. there are a lot of blessings that the ust had and for that we are truly grateful to God for all of these..Ü there was a lot of autograph-signing, picture-taking going on..and the party was on!!!there was beer for the staff and all..i got home almost 12 midnight..i got grounded for that..sheesh!next day,oct 03, the yellow bandwagon was still on..wherever i look around, all i could see is a sea of yellow..it was a great feeling to get free from my uniform..Ü for a short time, ust felt like dlsu, admu and up..walang uniform..we are the only school from the big four who has uniform..the three i mentioned are in casual clothes..of course, medyo my dress code kami but there will always be those who violate it..haha!mga pasaway..there was a parade around 11.30 am that day..you could tell that the thomasian community is really celebrating..october 04,wed, students are still allowed to be in civilian but only few dared..haha!konti na lang kasi nagsusuot parang nakakailang naman mag-civilian lalo na pag nasa classroom..our next prof was later than usual so we decided to have a quick snack..ket and she were craving for sundae so they went to jabi to buy..next thing i know, they were running towards joicey and i ‘coz joicey’s bata ( think tolits!haha!) was in jabi..imagine, joicey didn’t have any intentions of buying but had to just to see him..ang sweet nga ng jabi merong congrats banner..Ü that same day was the grand victory party..yey!there was a thanksgiving Mass..the priest (our new rector), told the hardships the team had to go through from the typhoid catastrophe, suspension etc. and of course the all-time favorite japs cuan free-throws..mabenta talaga un..=P after that, party na ‘to!you can tell thomasians know how to party..there were bands, parokya soapdish, join the club, calla lily, gish etc who kept the crowd rockin’..as if paskuhan came early, there was a 10-minute ( i think) fireworks display..siksikan talaga but it was good..as expected, when the tigers were in the stage, the crowd mostly the girls, were screaming..here’s the catch..francis allera sang..whew!wonderful voice..wow legs na,panalo pa boses!Ü haha!most of the bands are tomasino bands, say jtc and calla lily..that’s why it was really sweet of parokya to perform knowing they’re from the ateneo..babawi daw sila through that concert..Ü while the crowd was having fun with their songs it started to rain..then it was a downpour!the concert was stopped..good thing patapos na talaga un..iyah,she, joicey and i had to run all the way to the dorm..i left my umbrella di naman daw kasi uulan.ayun basing sisiw drama namin..i spent the night with the wowowee..thanks, thanks, thanks guys..big thanks for letting me sleep over there so i could watch the concert..Ü good thing the next day, oct 05, thurs was just an ordinary day..i wouldn’t be allowed to go gimmickin’ anymore..oct 06, fri, my good friend nattie asked me to buy a ticket for another victory party, this time bar na..junie already offered me..i really wanted t go but the week after that would be exam week so no go na talaga..huhu!=c atleast that’s the only thing I missed..sad nga lang un pa naman ung ultimate party.there’s a dj mixing, atmosphere and all pang-party tlaga..oh well…that’s how the thomasians rejoiced our sweet victory..’til then...Ü

the ust tigers made teir way to the finals through the back door..in my friend's (junie) actual words, "dumaan kami sa butas ng karayom'' to get to where they were..oct. 02,mon, game 3..no one believed in ust even in the sports world that they would reach the final four..what more the finals??it was through hardwork, heart, pride and most of all God's help that they made it  through all the hardships this season..it was a test who wanted it more..they both seemed to want it..people were praying..i asked a sign..it was given to me..but it made me a bit nervous but just continued praying..overtime..game was so close..both teams were tied..two fouls made by admu to stop the time..two freethrows missed by ababou and cortez..3.7 secs to go..good defense saved us again..and most of all it was God's plan..to all the thomasians ang sarap maging champs!=) i know jan apil's celebrating up there..=) ONE BIG BITE! GO USTe!=) =) =) 'til then...=)

oh my gosh!

i stayed overnight in my cousin's place in manila 'coz we were off to buy ticksts early morning..i left at 5.45 am to get to dome..hat a surprise!there were a lot of people already and the ticket booth was to open at 9am pa!some even slept there!they had banigs and were looking really bangag!ateneans and thomasians all equal in the name of tickets..wala ng mayaman mayaman eh!we wiated for five hours leaving wioth no tickets!last resort was the ust gym..we had our tickets by 5pm!where??? sa gen ad!but what the hell?!school spirit na 'to!=) 'til then...

the longest second in my life...

finals game 1, sept 24, sun: joicey and i were lucky enough to get tickets for the first game..nstp exam pahirap pa!anyway, we saw wowowee on our way to the dome and so we joined them na..man!was it jampacked!we just stood the whole game..the game was so intensed..on the ensuing moments of the game, we had a feeling that we would win..crucnch time was so hyped up..evagelista made the shot to give ust a breather with just a second left in the shotclock..the thomasian community were already celebrating!=) admu ball..thinking that with JUST a SECOND left nothing could spoil ust's win..how very wrong i was and all the other people!kramer made a shot and it went in..the buzzer sounded..we were defeated by a point in a second!oh well...'til then...

coming out strong!

finals game 2, sept 30,sat: milenyo wreaked havoc all over the metro but it could not even dampen the fire of ust tigers..=) maing my way to the dome, i saw how disastrous milenyo was!we evn suffered 38 hrs of no electricity..anyway, students from both schools were there to support..this time we had good sits..=) coach pido simply said in an interview after losing game one:"eh di bumalik sa huwebes" and smiled..i knew that the team would practice more and give more to win that game..after all, their motivation board tells it all..=P just before their game, the women's team bagged the title..sarap ng feeling kantahin anf hymn ng una..then came the men's team..they lead all the way, and when admu had their run, the tigers were great in handling the pressure..=) the buzzer  sounded with ust emerging triumphantly!=) they were up by 16 pts..a big avenge for a pt lost in asecond!=P for he second time that day, i sang the hym first..=) ' til then...

after the rollercoaster ride that the ust team had to take, they defied tall odds..=) they beat the much-favored adu team for the placing and was up to face ue with a twice to beat advantage..if my memory won't fail me, sept 17, sun, was their first match..it was a must-win game for the tigers to have a do-or-die game..the tigers did a great job and impressed the people even the nonbelievers..they forced that important do-or-die to get into the finals..i know it wouldn't be an easy task for the boys 'coz ue will surely have a fire to avenge their lost..sept 21, thurs, i watched the game with my friends and blockmates..it was a close match..but the tigers want it badly and sealed the win with just a point..had their defense been bad, that was the end of their uaap '69..but the guys worked so hard and it truly paid off..the tigers are off to the finals to face the fiercest team this season...the Ateneo blue eagles..task isn't over yet..'til then...=)

a week in the gym...

sept 11, mon, after gawi's spectacular five-peat (a first in the uaap), the left side of the gym was full of newspaper clippings of them and in the center of the entrnace was the trophy and enlarged check...haaay!such a great feeling..=) for a change, my friends picked me up from my pe instead of the usual mw picking them up..ay!mali pala..they went to my pe 'coz joicey wanted to drop by the gym..papansin talaga ung bokals na un..pansin na nag, papapansin pa!=P stayed there for a bit to watch them practice..then finally went home..sept 12, tues, after all the things i had to do, i found myself un the gym again with joicey..sept 13,  wed, surprise, surprise!where am i??in the gym!sept. 14,thurs, you guessed it right..but this time, i just dropped by 'coz im off to tuki's place to finish naj's avp..buzzer beater pa drama ko..when i got to tuki's place, it was third qtr of ust vs. adu for placing..whew!we're on lead..=) eventually , came out strong and won!!!=) =) =)  i even sang the hymn with the team..haha!3rd palce baby!we'll be facing ue to get to the finals..we finished the avp too..garbe todo busog ko there in tuki's place..thanks for the time and all tuki..=) sept 15, fri, of course after that victory visit to the gym..but i had my kilig moment before that..my friend joicey and i have this thing with the Church..tapos na talaga kami dumaan when we saw him..so as not to be obvious, we pretended we're heading for the Church just to come across him..little did i know that he was Church-bound too!so while i was praying, i couldn't help but smile for that kilig moment!=) natatawa na lang kami ni joicey..he even smirked at me!brutal talaga!..haaaay!sept 16, sat, we dropped by the gym but they weren't there..haaay!that was my week in the gym..'til then...

gawi's jive for five..

last sept. 08, friday, i stayed in school the whole day waiting for the gawi's pep rally..our YJ blockmate told us that it would start at 3pm..after lunch, joicey and i were sitting in my bench (inangkin na talaga eh!) just lookin around, talking..round 1:30, we heard shoes screeching, looked at each other and knew who exactly they were..haaay!!!she was saying that we get in  and just wait for the rally to start..i was sooo shy and after like a century of debating, we had a deal that at 2:30 we'll get in..when we got in, whew!eyecandyfest man!=P apparently, 3pm the YJ and all the otehr people were just preparing the gym for the rally..we waited another two hours for the rally proper to start..it was all worth the wait 'coz i got the chance to see him topless even for just a few seconds..haha!the rally took about 15 minutes..it was great but it wasn't there perfect preformance..come sapt. 10, sun, after the init ulo factor in gateway, it was game for the gawi..oh yeah,my friends and i ran the wole of dome just to get comfortable seats..imagine we occupied some of the NU side..thanks for that!;P then there goes the gawi...doing what they do best!and they executed it well..=) when tha host announced the 3rd place, i knew  that we had it again..true enough it was gawi!!!=) it was nice for the other schools to  hear them palying each others' beats..=) i must say, they all did great but there must aalways be the greatest and im PROUD to say that UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe is that..'til then...=)

im such a loser!

i was going through my blog and i realized that my last blog was march!what a loser!!!it's sept now..5 months passed just like that and i didn't even bother to make a blog over the summer and all..huhu!well, im here in the library if you know where i am..just killing time while waiting for my friends to finish their stuff for nstp..i finished mine already.. a lot of things happened in that 5 months.. there's elsa's, kath's jelly's, nikki's debut celebrations..i hope i didn't miss anyone..i'm in my sophomore year now..actually 5 weeks to go before this sem officially ends..of cousre there's the summer gimmicks with my fellas..there's me crying over my quali..there's me being such a wimp over a boy!tsk tsk! not anymore..haha!=) got a new prospect..by the initial JPC..=) whew!one charming dude..oh!im also a junior officer for rotaract in school...which i'll be quitting after this sem..imagine i've been catching viruses which never happened before..that's how strenuous it is!what else happened during those 5 months that i was absent in the blog world??oh yeh! there's my baru leaving for US..man was i sad!well it's much more difficult if you're prepared when a dear person leaves for another country than not knowing they're leaving..but that's life..basically that's the five months for you in a nutshell..was it a nutshell??well it is for me 'coz there are a thousand more things that happened!haha!=) i hope it wouldn't take me another five months to make a new blog..hih!til' then..=)

time's so fast...

time’s so fast..yes indeed!feb 25 just passed by like that..i wasn’t able to make a blog about it ‘coz of too much work..that was my prom..galey!memories..Ü first week of mar when i had my quarterly exams..after my first day of exams, mar 02,2005 i headed to uste with my pap to try-out in volley..i dunno if i should cherish or forget that moment..haha!mar 04, baru, ate jean and i headed to glorietta to meet up with yzuelte..imagine rare na lang kami gumimick nila ate jean nowadays and yzuelte’s in zambo already..this time last year we were practicing for graduation..grabe!ganun kabilis!just a yr. and 5 days after (yes i know my calendar very well), i was asked by my mentor in highschool if i didn’t train in uste..i dropped in school today..sandali lang talaga ko dun..it came all back to me..had i returned.......forget it!i simply answered i’m going to fix my studies first and probably i’ll try again..Ü ’til then..

almost done and pinoy trippings..

school’s almost done..woohoo!Ü but quali’s just lingering..waaaah!a lot of things happened the past days..super busy doing school stuff..whew!feels like i’m graduating all over again sa dami ng trabaho!haha!i know i’ll get through this..konting tiis na lang..kung nag-iisip kayo bakit pinoy ang gamit ko bigla eh ganun talaga..i just realized, last night that i’m really awful with pinoy..seryoso!bata pa lang ko ‘di talaga ko magaling magtagalog (awkward kasi pag pinoy ang tawag..hehe!)..alien ata ako..i was six years old when i said ‘di ako pilipino..ako’y cambodian..syempre joke lang..ewan ko rin sa dami ng nationality, cambodian pa napili ko..must have been ‘coz of my cousin’s girlfriend that time..she was cambodian..i mean i use tagalog 90% when i talk pero sablay-sablay talaga..imagine ‘di ko alam ang lababo before..not that i’m sosi or what..i’m way far from being sosi!haha!ganito lang talaga ako..i remember during a recitation in histo i answered kakanin..tipong yung kakainin ng mga tao not the kakanin na mga sapin-sapin etc..nahirit tuloy ng prof, bangag ka ba??i wanna shrink!i tried to explain but my blockmates were laughing out like crazy hyenas..natawa na rin lang ko..madami pang iba..tapos kailan lang may nasabi akong hindi naman ganun dapat ang pagkakasabi..haaaay! =/ last night napagtanto ko talagang malala na ko..’di ko alam na ang NAKAKARAMI ay iba sa NAKARARAMI..tulong naman!haha!la lang..sige ‘til then...

obviously i have been busy again so forgive me if my blog’s a few days late..anyway,bonding with the dormates..well as the title implies you already know what i’m going to tell you..last friday was yet another bonding session..this time complete with the wowowee girls, me and baru..it was a nice feeling to hang-out with all the chicas..foodtrip, soundtrip,laughtrip and a lot of kwentuhan.. =p just sharing my fun day with you..too bad that time, bea was in the hospital..goodthing ok na sya ngayon..to the wowowee girls thanks a lot for adopting us..=p ‘til then...

i have been busy the past few days but i made it sure to be able to make this blog right away..here goes..i have been sad lately..won’t tell why..probably you know why and if not just guess..haha!i’m getting fine, odd as it may seem..yun nga lang miss ko ng todo..oh well..exactly a week when i said stupid things i never meant..anyway, after the long silence,he texted me up..woohoo!that was good than no reacton at all..i did my part..i’ll just wait ‘til he’s ok..hope it’s soon..so i was getting drama all over again last night..tears were forming but it won’t fall down..i went inside my room since it’s already late..all of a sudden...my windowscreen almost collapsed!my siblings and i got alarmed!bangon bigla kuya ko..while ate and i run out ‘coz we totally freaked out!at first i thought it was a gecko or what..hello!i fear lizards and its family remember??so i woke my dad up..turned out it was a freakin’ cat!apparently, our dogs smelled the cat and ready to commit murder again!our dogs love to kill cats..i ain’t kidding..they’re not even dogs with breeds..mga half-breeds lang..they had killed a kitten and a bird before..ganun sila kaloko!we were preventing the cat to cause further damage to my screen..lahat kami tigil with whatever we’re doing..kahit kinulong na yung dogs ayaw pa rin umalis..sinisiksik nya sarili nya dun sa bars ng window!it was hissing like a mad cat..we did everything we can think of to get rid of it..we can’t touch it baka mangagat or kalmot..binasa ng water, kalampagin, sprayed pledge!imagine shiny na yung cat..haha!my mum said try hot water daw..sabi namin ni ate inhuman naman..hirit ba naman “bakit hindi ba inhuman ginagawa nyan satin?”..know why??for crying out loud it was midnight!after what seemed like years (it took us 30 mins),finally it jumped off my window..haaaaaaay..i was getting senti and on the verge of tears..thanks to that bastard cat nawala momentum ko..haha!well i learned to accept the fact..i’ll just wait..’til then...
